Learn Yang Style Tai Chi from Shifu, M. Dee Ogilvy, who began practicing Tai Chi 25 years ago at Duke University. Dee currently teaches in Missouri State University’s Wellness program and runs her own Tai Chi program called, White Metal Rabbit Taijiquan. Find out more at springfieldtaichi.wordpress.com

  • Great for adults of any age and physical fitness level.
  • Requires no special equipment.
  • Relaxed, composed flowing movements that combine strength with gentleness.
