Community Partnership of the Ozarks’ Springfield Tool Library is now located in CPO’s parking lot at 330 N. Jefferson. Hours are Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and Thursdays from 3-6 p.m. The Tool Library, the only program of its kind in the state, lends out home repair and gardening tools to Springfield residents and community groups.
