Woodland Heights Neighborhood Association is offering a new service through its website called the Woodland Watch.
The Woodland Watch will provide a snapshot view of the neighborhood every month. We’ll be looking at improvements and at glaring issues. It’s our belief that some areas fail in their endeavors because they just focus on “crime.”
We believe that in order to improve your neighborhood, you need to understand your neighborhood, because knowing yourself is knowing the way forward. We hope that this new tool proves useful to all of our current neighbors and potential future neighbors. The Woodland Watch doesn’t claim to be perfect. It is a volunteer-created resource that we hope proves useful to our community. At this moment it is what we believe to be the most comprehensive data of its kind that is publicly available to any neighborhood association in the city of Springfield.
