Each Blue House Project home has a story and we want to help create a new chapter.
Many of the homes we buy were loved by families for generations. Although they were no longer able to invest in the home, they did not want it to fall further into disrepair. These families chose to believe in our mission to invest in our community and rejuvenate their house for another family to love for generations to come.
The Blue House Project focuses on the Grant Beach neighborhood in Springfield by providing low-to-moderate income families the tools to purchase affordable homes.
We purchase and renovate aging houses in the community with the intent of leasing them to members of the RISE program, who will then work to purchase the home.
