A heartfelt thank you to all who participated and attended Rountree Council for Historic Preservation’s Historical House & Garden Tour and Sunset On The Lawn event. YOU are the reason it was a successful celebration of history, architecture, preservation, design and more.

For those of you who weren’t able to attend the two-day event, we invite you to follow along on our Instagram page instagram.com/rountreecouncilforpreservation, where we are currently flooding our stories with captures and video content sent in by attendees. Thank you so much for sharing the love.

The council for preservation was formed earlier this year by Amy Boyd and Sharon Gullett with the mission of advocating for a future for Rountree that honors and protects its places, culture and community.

Pickwick Street Fair again brings plethora of local talent

Rountree was proud to host this local artisan showcase June 8. With 70+ vendors including painters, photographers, ceramicists, live music, food and more, the event showcased a plethora of local talent. Art class sessions and specials and treats from our brick-and-mortar stores topped off the fun. We want to thank all of the amazing vendors, artists, and volunteers for making it happen. And a special shout out to the sponsors and coordinators. What a great day in Rountree. We’ll see you next year!
