Westside Public Health Center Housewarming

Formerly the Springfield-Greene county Health Department’s immunization center, this facility  now houses a one-stop shop with partners from Jordan Valley Community Health Center, WIC, nursing services and others. Together, we seek to help Nurture, Empower, Support and Teach families! Please drop by for light refreshments, giveaways and a tour of the building.

We offer education and resources to families such as prenatal home visits to expecting mothers, home visits to infants that have special care needs and community classes on a variety of health and safety topics. All services are provided by Registered Nurses. The Nest Partnership is a program of the Springfield-Greene County Health Department.  In our building you can also see a Jordan Valley Community Health  Center provider for health care needs for you and your family.
