Delaware will soon see new sidewalks along Portland Street, Fairway Avenue, Kentwood Avenue, Bennett Street and Meadowmere Street through the City’s Neighborhood Works capital improvement grant program. The projects will be put out for bid in the spring with construction anticipated in the summer or fall. The total estimated cost of the sidewalk projects combined is $110,596.
