Junior Police and Fire Academy

Springfield Police Department, Springfield Fire Department and the Springfield Westside Optimist Club are teaming up to offer a FREE one day Junior Police & Fire Academy for ages 10-13.

Spend time with the SWAT Team and see K-9 and fire truck demonstrations! Get your application today at the Springfield Regional Police & Fire Training Center at 2620 W. Battlefield or at the Springfield Police Dept. headquarters at 321 E. Chestnut Expressway. Only 25 applicants accepted and you must apply before June 1. First come, first serve! Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
