According to its website, Heritage, the five-story multi-use development with luxury apartment homes and ground-floor retail space was set to open in March at the site of the former Heritage Cafeteria.
The modern-style development will boast 95 luxury apartment homes professionally managed by TLC Properties and will also feature 6,350 square feet of retail space with Battlefield Road frontage. Amenities will include a saltwater pool and hot tub, rooftop fitness center and lounge, common spaces for residents to enjoy, a sports simulator, EV charging stations and bodega. Floor plans will range from micro studios to three-bedroom condos with a pet-friendly and smoke-free atmosphere.
