Job Center now accepting applications for Ozarks’ Promise CNA training program

Classes are scheduled to begin in for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program this fall. The CNA program lasts eight weeks and will be offered at the Ozarks Technical Community College Springfield and Table Rock campuses. The application deadline for Springfield classes is Aug. 23. The application deadline for Table Rock classes is Aug. 28.

Applicants must meet all pre-admission requirements determined by each program at OTC.

The Ozark Region Workforce Development Board and Missouri Job Center are now accepting applications for the Ozarks’ Promise health care training program.

Applications are being accepted online at OzarksPromise.com or at the Missouri Job Center’s main location, 2900 E Sunshine, Springfield. The program is funded through the $3 million America’s Promise Grant from the U.S. Department of Labor and will provide individuals the opportunity for tuition-free training and certification to become Certified Nursing Assistants.
