Improvements to an underutilized wastewater building located at the Lone Pine Avenue Recycling Center at 3020 S. Lone Pine Ave., are expected to wrap up in early fall. The project includes exterior maintenance to the building with a new roof, windows, doors and signage. A public restroom will be installed for recycling center customers, as well as a new office area. Additional fencing and gate improvements will be made as well as technology upgrades for security cameras and credit card payments at the mulch and compost sales area.
