The Springfield Tool Library, a project of Community Partnership of the Ozarks, lends basic home repair, gardening, and DIY tools to members. Annual memberships are $20 per household. Check out the inventory at http://www.cpozarks.org/tool-library/.

For a limited time, the Tool Library is offering a 50 percent discount on individual memberships to neighborhood associations. Donate $100 and your neighborhood will have 10 Tool Library memberships to give away.
